Lion Backer Theresa Pasko stirred up our spirit by starting cheers and getting us to chime in with her - as you can see! It was a lot of fun - trip back in time, for real!!! :) AND WRBL captured us on video....
Tiffany from WRBL came to see us - she video'd us and interviewed a few of us to see what was on our mind..... Her segment was on CBS news Saturday night at 11:00 p.m. ish.... We paused our Sock Hop long enough to catch the clip in the Community room (BUNCH OF US!) and hooted and hollered at seeing ourselves cheering and goofing off on television! Woohoo!!! SUNDAY MORNING - WWII VILLAGE TOUR
We met at the Chapel and Rev Robin Fitch gave a wonderful, thoughtful, meaningful memorial service for our classmates who left this world sooner than the rest of us and will always be in our hearts and minds. The service included music, vocals, and Communion.
Memorial for our Classmates who passed away much too soon and we'll always miss them.... Thanks Theresa Pasko and Eloise Jones for creating this for them....
